Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Place salmon on a baking tray and season with pepper and a drizzle of oil. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
3. Bring a pan of salted water to a boil and add the fusilli. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan and add the asparagus tips. Fry for 5 minutes until cooked.
5. Drain the pasta and add the pesto and asparagus tips. Mix to combine.
6. Serve the pasta in plates and top with the salmon.
