Pesto-Stuffed Chicken Breast

This flavorful dish is stuffed with pesto and baked until juicy inside and golden and crisp outside!

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. 2. Place the chicken breast onto a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel. 3. With a sharp-knifed, carefully butterfly the breast. 4. Spread the pesto evenly over the inside of the chicken breast, making sure to cover all the way to the edges. 5. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the pesto. 6. Carefully fold over the chicken and place on a baking sheet. 7. Drizzle the chicken with the olive oil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until completely cooked through. 8. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
