Steps
1. Start by marinating the chicken breast in teriyaki sauce for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
5. In the same pan, add the pineapple chunks and sauté for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
6. Serve the sliced chicken over a bed of jasmine rice, topped with sautéed pineapple and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
