
Steps
- In a pan heat the oil over medium heat.
- Sauté the onions until golden.
- Add the pork, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- In a bowl beat the eggs and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
- Add the pork and onion to the eggs mixture.
- Grease a pie pan, and pour the mixture in.
- Bake the pie in preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
