Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
4. Pour mixture over pork and reduce heat to medium-low.
5. Allow pork to simmer in the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
