Steps

1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until browned. 3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, stir-fry until vegetables are tender. 4. Push the chicken and veggies to the side of the pan and crack in the eggs, scramble until cooked. 5. Mix everything together, add soy sauce, and stir well. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
