
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until browned.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Push the chicken and veggies to the side of the pan and crack in the eggs, scramble until cooked.
- Mix everything together, add soy sauce, and stir well.
