Steps

1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Add the chopped bok choy, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender. 5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.
