Steps
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. While the chicken marinates, soak wooden skewers in water (if using).
4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
5. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
7. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
