
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, soak wooden skewers in water (if using).
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
- Serve hot with a side of your choice.
