Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Place the duck breast skin-side down in a shallow roasting pan. Rub the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper over the breast. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the skin turns brown and crisp. Flip the duck breast and cook for another 10-15 minutes. 4. Remove the duck from the oven and let cool for a 5 minutes. Slice, and serve!
