1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut a pocket into the side of the chicken breast. 3. Stuff the chicken breast with brie cheese slices and halved grapes. 4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 6. Sear the chicken breast until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. 7.
