- Stuff the chicken breast with brie cheese slices and halved grapes.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breast until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
