Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
2. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time to your desired doneness.
5. Remove from heat and let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
