Süçuk & Avocado Chicken Burger Melt

Steps

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and gently fry the süçuk slices until slightly crispy. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same pan, melt butter and toast the bread slices lightly until golden. 3. Cook the chicken burger patty in the pan until fully cooked and golden on both sides. 4. In a separate small pan, fry the egg sunny side up or to your liking, seasoning with salt and pepper. 5. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice. 6. On one bread slice, spread pizza sauce, then place the cooked chicken burger. 7. Layer the crispy süçuk slices on top of the burger, followed by the cheese slice. 8. Place the bread with the burger and toppings under a low broiler or cover with a lid on the pan to melt the cheese slightly. 9. Once the cheese is melted, add avocado slices and the fried egg on top. 10. Sprinkle grated parmesan over everything and cover with the second bread slice, mayonnaise side down. 11. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your flavorful and hearty burger melt.
