Steps
1. Marinate the chicken breast in the brewed black tea for at least 30 minutes to infuse flavor.
2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
3. Remove chicken from tea marinade, pat dry lightly, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook chicken breast in skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
5. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and lemon zest to create the citrus glaze.
6. During the last minute of cooking, brush the citrus glaze on both sides of the chicken.
7. Remove from heat, let rest for 2 minutes, and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
8. Serve warm with your choice of side.
