Steps

1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, combine the cooled tea, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the chicken breast in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 5. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and sear chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. 6. Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce slightly thickens. 7. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes. 8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
