Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and minced garlic until well combined.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken breast for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
5. Lower the heat and spread the garlic mayonnaise mixture over the chicken.
6. Let it cook for another 2 minutes to warm the sauce.
