Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Place the salmon on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon and season liberally with salt and pepper.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the dill, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for another minute.
5. Pour the sauce over the salmon and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Plate the salmon and serve with your choice of sides.
