Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Remove beef from skillet and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 6. Return beef to the skillet, add soy sauce, and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through. 7. Adjust seasoning if needed. 8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
