Steps
1. Begin by slicing the apple into thin wedges, removing the core.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast and sear until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the apple wedges and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and honey, stirring to combine. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
