Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and thyme.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the sliced apples and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
6. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and honey over the apples, stirring to coat.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to heat through with the apples for another 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
