Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
5. In the same skillet, add the sliced apples and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
6. If desired, drizzle honey over the apples and stir to combine.
7. Slice the chicken and serve it on a plate topped with the sautéed apples and garnished with fresh thyme.
