Steps
1. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler.
2. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl and mash until smooth.
3. Add the melted chocolate, honey, chili powder, sea salt, and milk to the avocado.
4. Blend all ingredients until creamy and well combined.
5. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve cold, optionally topped with a small sprinkle of chili powder or cocoa nibs.
