1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the cubed beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). 3. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced carrots, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the carrots are tender. 4. Add the canned beans (drained and rinsed) and stir to combine. 5.
