Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Add the chicken legs to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken legs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
