Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, ras el hanout, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
2. In a serving bowl, layer the cooked quinoa as the base.
3. Arrange the diced salmon, cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and avocado on top of the quinoa.
4. Drizzle the Moroccan dressing over the assembled ingredients.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
