Steps

1. In a skillet, heat a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. 2. Add the chicken, spices, salt, and pepper; cook until the chicken is no longer pink. 3. Stir in the chopped almonds and remove from heat. 4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 5. Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a baking tray and brush with melted butter. 6. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center and fold the pastry over to seal. 7. Brush the top with more butter and repeat with another layer if desired. 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving.
