Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and scoop out the inside, leaving a thick wall.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
5. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, sautéed spinach, salt, and pepper.
6. Fill the hollowed bread loaf with the creamy spinach mixture.
7. Place the filled bread bowl on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is crispy and the dip is warm.
8. Serve hot, with the scooped-out bread pieces for dipping!
