Steps

1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat and add the margarine. 2. While the margarine melts, toast the bread slices to your desired crispness. 3. Once the margarine is hot, crack the egg into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the white is set but the yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes. 4. In the same skillet, add the shredded chicken to warm it up for about a minute. 5. Spread the butter on the toasted bread, then top with the warm chicken. 6. Carefully place the fried egg on top of the chicken. 7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
