Steps
1. Clean the squid by removing the head, tentacles, and beak. Peel off the skin and rinse under cold water.
2. Slice the squid into rings and set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the juice of the lemon and lime, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the squid rings to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
5. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
6. Grill the squid rings for 2-3 minutes per side until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
