Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillet.
3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes.
4. Toss mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a separate baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
5. Once cooked, serve the honey glazed salmon with the roasted vegetables.
