- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the jam mixture generously over the chicken breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
