Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the jam, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the jam mixture generously over the chicken breast.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
