
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix together oatmeal, cheese, red pepper, olive oil and parsley in a bowl.
- Grease a small oven proof dish with cooking spray or butter, and transfer oatmeal mixture into the dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
