Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until wilted. 4. Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach and let it cook for about 2 minutes, gently stirring. 5.
