Steps

1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 1-2 minutes until wilted. 4. Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach, tilting the pan to distribute evenly. 5.
