Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Once the oil is hot, add the tuna steak and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
4. While the tuna is cooking, prepare the avocado salsa by combining the diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and chili flakes in a bowl. Toss gently to mix.
5. Once the tuna is cooked to your liking, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a minute.
6. Slice the tuna steak and serve it topped with the avocado salsa.
