Steps

1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic. 3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. 6. Cook for another few minutes until everything is well combined. 7. Serve hot.
