Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to make the glaze. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add sliced chicken breast and season lightly with salt and pepper. 4. Stir-fry the chicken until it starts to brown and is nearly cooked through. 5. Add bell peppers and snap peas, cooking for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 6. Pour the soy sauce glaze over the chicken and vegetables, stirring continuously to coat evenly. 7. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly. 8. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion. 9. Serve hot, optionally with steamed rice.
