Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken breast in this mixture for at least 15 minutes. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and let rest. 3. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Add the mixed bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet.
