Spanish Rice with Egg

This dish is a simple combination of eggs, garlic, onions, potatoes, and rice. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.

Steps

1. Heat a medium skillet and add a drizzle of oil. Add the chopped garlic and onion and fry until softened and aromatic. 2. Add the potato, season with salt and fry until lightly golden. 3. Add the rice and stir to combine. 4. Pour enough water to cover the mixture and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and until the rice is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed. 5. Break the egg gently over the skillet and stir, let cook for a few more minutres. 6. Enjoy!
