Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the diced speck and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Toss in the sliced zucchini and sauté for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the speck and zucchini mixture, stirring well.
6. Sprinkle cheese over the top, season with salt and pepper, and mix until the cheese melts slightly.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
