Steps

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. 2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, whisking until you achieve a smooth batter. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil. 4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a circle. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
