Steps
1. In a small bowl, prepare the garlic yogurt by mixing natural yogurt with garlic powder and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the spiced chicken fillet and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Lay the whole grain tortilla flat on a plate. Spread a layer of garlic yogurt in the center.
4. Layer the shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, bell pepper, kidney beans, and cooked spiced chicken on top of the yogurt.
5. If using, add corn and red onion for extra flavor.
6. Drizzle sriracha over the top according to your spice preference.
7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
8. Slice in half and serve immediately.
