Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the spiced chicken fillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the vegetables: shred the iceberg lettuce, dice the cucumber and bell pepper.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it rest for a minute before slicing it into strips.
5. On the whole grain tortilla, layer the iceberg lettuce, kidney beans, cucumber, bell pepper, and sliced chicken.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Roll the tortilla tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
