Steps

3. Brush the chicken breast with olive oil.
4. Press the nut mixture onto both sides of the chicken breast, ensuring an even coating.
5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
7. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard.
8. Remove chicken from oven, brush with honey glaze.
9. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and glaze is caramelized.
10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
