Spicy Beef Curry

A flavorful and aromatic Indian beef curry made with a blend of garlic, ginger, onions, and tomatoes.

Steps: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute. 2. Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown. 3. Add the beef pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix well. 5. Pour in the tomato puree and mix everything together. 6. Season with salt and let the curry simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes or until the beef is tender. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. 8. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
