Steps
1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
4. While the chicken is cooking, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl to make the remoulade.
5. Toast the sandwich bun lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
6. Assemble the sandwich by spreading the remoulade on both sides of the bun.
7. Add the cooked chicken, lettuce, and tomato slices.
8. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
