Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
3. Stir in ginger and chili paste, cooking for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the brewed coffee and vegetable broth, followed by soy sauce. Stir well.
5. Bring to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
