Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the chicken thigh in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken.
4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
6. Serve garnished with a lemon slice and fresh parsley.
