Steps
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, snow peas and onion. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add crabmeat, garlic, chili powder and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
