
Steps
- Cook the rice in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until lightly golden.
- Add the chili paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
- Add the soy sauce and sugar and stir to combine.
- Add the eggs and stir until eggs are cooked.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
