Indonesian Fried Rice

A tasty and aromatic main dish that combines white rice fried with spices, vegetables, and a choice of protein.

Steps

1. Wash the rice and then cook it in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the garlic and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes. 3. Add the spices to the pan and stir for about 1 minute. 4. Add the cooked rice and stir for about 1 minute until it's well combined. 5. Add the green beans, chicken, and cilantro, and stir for about 2 minutes. 6. Add the lime juice and stir for another 1 minute. 7. Serve and enjoy!
